Each controller proves who it is with its own key. Other owners' places and doors do not exist for your account.
A key on one phone
A guest's link opens nothing without the SMS code sent to their phone, and works on one phone only: confirmed on another, the first one stops.
A record of every unlock
When and by whom the door was unlocked, when it opened and closed. Kept for 30 days.

Frequently asked questions
What do I need on the door?
An electric strike or a magnetic lock, a compatible controller (we will tell you which), power and Wi-Fi at the place. The door sensor is optional.
How is the controller set up?
From the app: it finds the device and connects it to the place's Wi-Fi and to Atrino. We will help you with the steps.
How do guests get in?
You create an invitation for the stay in the app and send the guest the link as you like: Viber, WhatsApp, SMS or email. The guest opens it, confirms it with an SMS code to their phone and unlocks the door from it, in the Atrino app or in the browser, only from check-in to check-out.
What if the internet goes down?
Until the controller is connected again, the door cannot be unlocked from a phone. If it stays offline for 5 minutes, you get a notification and an email. So keep an ordinary way in, too.
Can I have several places and doors?
Yes. All your places are in one account, and each place can have as many doors as you like.
How much does it cost?
Basic is €19 a month (1 place), Pro is €79 a month (5 places), VAT included, with as many doors as you like; paid yearly, two months are free. For more places there is the Business plan, by agreement. Invitations and guests are unlimited. Details in the pricing above.
