Terms of use

Last updated: 29 October 2026

These terms govern the use of the Atrino app and the website. By creating an account, you accept them.

Who we are

Atrino is provided by "Fondle" Ltd., company ID 206174020, registered at 4 Prof. Petar Shapkarev str., Sofia, Bulgaria, email support@atrino.app (“Atrino” or “we”).

What Atrino is

Atrino is a service for owners of apartments, guest houses and other short-term rental places. You connect a controller to the door’s lock and unlock it from the app, see its state, and get notified when a controller stops answering.

You can send your guests invitations for their stay: a link they confirm with an SMS code, after which they unlock the place’s doors from their phone, only from check-in to check-out. You decide whom to invite and enter their details correctly, and you send the link yourself; you answer for the access you give. You can cancel an invitation at any time, and its access ends at once.

Account

  • Accounts are by invitation: you create yours with the link in the invitation we send you by email. You can request an invitation on the website.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
  • The details you enter must be true. Your phone number, if you add one, is confirmed with an SMS code.
  • Keep your password safe; you are responsible for what is done from your account. If you suspect someone else is using it, change the password, end the other sessions in the app and write to us.
  • You can delete your account at any time in the app.

Plans and payment

  • Your guests’ invitations work with an active plan. Basic covers 1 place and is €19 a month or €190 a year; Pro covers 5 places and is €79 a month or €790 a year; the doors in them are unlimited. Prices are in euro and include VAT. Business, for more places, is by agreement and invoiced under its own contract.
  • The plan is chosen with the invitation to your account. Once you make the account, we email you a link to pay; the app shows your plan but takes no payments. Payments are processed by Stripe. We email you from no-reply@atrino.app when a plan starts, after every payment (with a receipt, which is not an invoice), at every failed payment attempt, 14 and 7 days before a plan with its renewal off ends, and when a plan ends. Every email has a “Manage your subscription” link to Stripe’s page for the card and the renewal.
  • A plan renews automatically for the same period (a month or a year) and is charged at the start of each period. You can turn the automatic renewal off at any time in the app or from “Manage your subscription”: the plan then works until the end of the period already paid, we do not charge you again, and after that the plan ends until you activate it again.
  • If a payment fails, Stripe tries again for up to two weeks and we may get in touch with you. At every failed attempt we tell you until when the services work; if the payment still fails then, the plan ends and the services are limited.
  • Changing the plan, to a bigger or a smaller one, is done with our team: write to us at support@atrino.app. A bigger plan applies at once, and you pay the difference for the rest of the period. We do not refund partial periods, except where the law requires it.
  • Your places, doors and your own unlocking work without a plan. Your plan covers your oldest places up to its number: only from those are invitations sent, and only there do your guests’ keys open the doors, including with invitations already sent. Without an active plan (unpaid or ended) you cannot send invitations, and your guests’ keys do not open the doors. Nothing is deleted: the invitations work again with a plan that covers the place.
  • Deleting your account cancels a paid plan at once, without a refund for the rest of the period.
  • We may change the prices. We will tell you at least 30 days in advance, and a new price applies from your next period after that; you can turn the renewal off before it does.

Places and controllers

  • You add only places you are entitled to manage, and fit controllers only to doors you are entitled to fit them to.
  • You buy, fit and maintain the controllers and locks. Connecting them to the electrical installation must be done by a qualified person.
  • You are responsible for who has access to your place, for safety in it, and for following the rules that apply to short-term rentals.
  • Unlocking and opening the door are recorded. We keep the records for 30 days.

Availability

Atrino depends on the internet, on the Wi-Fi and power at the place and on the device on the door itself. While a controller is offline, the door cannot be unlocked from the app. So keep an ordinary way into the place, too. If a controller stays offline for more than 5 minutes, we tell you with a notification and an email.

Rules of use

You do not use Atrino for unlawful purposes. You do not try to access places, accounts, devices or systems you are not entitled to, and you do not interfere with the service.

Liability

Atrino is not responsible for the condition of the places and doors, for fitting the devices, for damage caused by guests or third parties, or for temporary unavailability due to causes beyond our control, such as an internet or power outage. This does not limit your rights as a consumer that the law does not allow to be limited.

Termination

You can stop using Atrino and delete your account at any time. We may close an account that breaches these terms or the law.

Changes to the terms

We may change these terms. For significant changes we will notify you in the app or by email before they take effect. If you do not agree, you can delete your account.

Complaints and governing law

If something goes wrong, write to us at support@atrino.app and we will try to solve it. As a consumer you can also turn to the Bulgarian Commission for Consumer Protection (www.kzp.bg), including for out-of-court resolution of the dispute through its conciliation committees.

These terms are governed by Bulgarian law. Disputes are decided by the competent Bulgarian court, without limiting your rights under the law of the country where you live.
